Elizabeth is a Nurse Practitioner at the DENT Stroke Center and Integrative Center for Memory. Elizabeth went to the University of Texas for her undergraduate degree. Her nursing years consist of over 8 years of working in Trauma Adult Emergency medicine, as well as pediatric level 1 trauma Emergency department.
Elizabeth is a certified trauma pediatric emergency room nurse (CPEN) as well as a certified adult emergency room nurse (CEN). In addition to trauma and ER experience, she has also worked in the Intensive care units of both adult and pediatric hospitals, including Oishei Children’s Hospital Emergency Department and Critical Care Units. In the Summer of 2020, Elizabeth worked in a NYC ICU during COVID-19.
Elizabeth received her Masters of Science degree in Family Nurse practitioner from D’Youville College and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Nurse Practitioners Honor Society. She is nationally board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a FNP.
