Ms. Mann began her career in healthcare as the COO/Treasurer of a comprehensive Rheumatology practice in Western New York. She was a pioneer in the development of one of the first in-office infusion delivery models
for this specialty and is also a founding member of the National Organization of Rheumatology Managers (NORM). Ms. Mann transitioned to the DENT Neurologic Institute in 2015 as Director of the infusion centers where she was instrumental in creating the 36 chair alternative site of care infusion services. The DENT infusion
center received the national Intalere Healthcare Achievement award, 2017, for outstanding infusion center operations and patient satisfaction. In 2024 the DENT Infusion Center was the first center in the nation to receive the NICA national accreditation of excellence.
Ms. Mann was named the Chief Operating Officer at DENT in 2018 and continued to direct the growing drug
delivery program throughout the practice. Her efforts focus on efficient workflows, policies and procedures,
billing, coding, purchasing and a sophisticated inventory system. She also leads the payor team, the Behavioral
Health and Interventional Medicine operations, and serves as Managing Partner in the NeuroNet organizations.
In 2024 Ms. Mann was promoted to the position of Chief Commercial Officer at DENT where her energy will
focus on national expansion programs and partnerships while she continues her other assignments within the
organization. In 2025, Ms. Mann will be leading the launch of DENT’s newest division, CareNet GPO.
Christine is a recipient of the Business First Award as a Woman of Influence for the ground-up development of
infusion centers and in 2023 was named as an outstanding executive for healthcare achievements. She is also a
nationally recognized speaker on the business of healthcare. Ms. Mann serves as a trainer and a consultant for
several pharmaceutical organizations and has also created videos and podcasts as a subject matter expert. She is
the Vice President on the Board of Directors for National Infusion Center Association, Vice President and
Treasurer on the Board of Trustees for the REACH Academy Charter Schools, Director on the Board of the
DENT Neurologic Research Center and most recently appointed to the inaugural Board for the Specialty Practice
Network organization on behalf of Cencora.
